The Practice

Raymond Allington established the practice in 1958. The business has been progressively developed over the 53 years of its existence, and in order to maintain this development and further reinforce the resources available, we were merged with Haleys (formerly Haley Somerset Consulting ) on 1 June 2003. June 2006 saw RAP Consulting Engineers change their name to Haleys-RAP to establish a corporate identity within the Haleys Group.

Modern buildings require a highly diverse range of services specifically designed to satisfy the requirements of our Client and their occupants. Every project, no matter the size, brings its own unique set of hurdles. At Haleys-RAP we therefore treat every project individually, developing bespoke building services solutions for the project circumstances.
